Color of Woman Intentional Creativity® Teacher Certification Training could be the greatest investment you have ever made in your life. Many students have told us this is true for them. What you receive access to within yourself, that you can then go on to teach others cannot be measured monetarily. And, we provide tools and guidance to share your work in a way that can return on your investment for years to come. There are women in our Guild community teaching full or part-time, online and in person, with thriving businesses based in Intentional Creativity®.
When considering joining us for Color of Woman, know this: Each woman’s inner wilderness seeks expression – so your client base is literally EVERY single woman. There is no ‘target audience’ or demographic or age. From the age of 6 to 85 we have women working in these mediums. All beings seek the freedom of creation. Not everyone knows they need creativity – but we are doing our best to spread the word, with our work reaching tens of thousands across the world every month. Our goal is to light up the map with Certified Intentional Creativity® Teachers all over the world.
As you make your way around the Alchemical Compass, you will be given assignments to paint, write, and experiential forms. Yes, you will be leading Red Thread Circles, Intentional Creativity® Sessions, and painting workshops while you are in training. With the support of our team and fellow students to answer questions, and share ideas and experiences.
At the end of the Training, you will be invited to submit your Portfolio of works online for Certification. There is a one-time $250 Certification Fee which covers:
Graduates will receive a Certified Intentional Creativity Teacher certificate.
Color of Woman 2018 Graduation and Guild Gathering, Maui Hawaii
One of the greatest gifts of being part of Color of Woman and completing your certification is to be invited to continue the connection with fellow graduates from your class year and those who have come before you through the Intentional Creativity® Guild.
Our Guild is over 500 strong with women educated in Intentional Creativity® who have a common vision to serve their communities, school system, hospitals, prisons, mental health and social services, and institutions that need our work. Our Guild has worked collaboratively to bring Intentional Creativity® to workshops, classes, retreats, cruise ships, and luxury destinations, as well as teaching online. We are all about women creating their own content and bringing their work into the world.
Constellations are an emergent framework for creating pathways for Guild-to-Guild nurturing, connection, IC practice, professional growth, and collaboration. We began with Regional Constellations, inviting volunteer Guild members to become Constellation Guides, and hosting regular circles online (or in person if possible) for Guild members in their region. These Regional and Topical Constellation groups meet together, independent of the main Guild monthly circle, to deepen connection and collaboration, develop regional, cultural, and geographically unique relationships, explore shared topics of interest, and support one another in their art and entrepreneurial endeavors.
As Guild members connect and nurture one another within the context of a shared practice of IC and circle connection, this provides individual guild members with encouragement and support in their IC work, both personally and professionally, which amplifies the reach of Intentional Creativity in their local areas.
These are currently run on a volunteer basis by generous Guild members who are choosing to offer service in this capacity. Currently, we are developing processes to support these longer-term Regional Constellation groups by ensuring ease of transition when a current Constellation Guide needs to complete their service, and new Guides are coming in to 'take up their piece' to host for their region.
Graduation from a 9 month Quest is a big deal! Each year we hold graduation ceremonies online with our new graduates and members of the existing Guild to celebrate and witness our journey, and to vision the future together.
Prior to the pandemic, we also held annual in-person graduation experiences in California, Hawaii, Australia, and more... We hope to offer these gatherings again when it's safe to do so. Many of the group photos you see on this website were taken during graduation celebrations. You are invited to create your own ceremony as a self-initiating for completing your quests.

"To all the ones who are wondering if they should do Color of Woman: It was too expensive for me but I found a way and I think it was truly worth the money. I still have not done all the painting videos that were offered. No regrets about money. I was not an experienced painter - I turned into one. I wondered whether I could do 5 large paintings in one year - I did 7 and several smaller ones too. I thought I could never be a teacher, but entering the situation I was in my element because I felt so well prepared for the job. I was afraid that I would not be good enough, wild enough, spiritual enough, name it "whatever enough", but Shiloh said to me "Don't ask yourself whether you are enough - ask yourself how to become more your true Self." and I did - and I am enough, more than enough. And finally, I found out how to think for myself. My teachers, parents, and friends never taught me, but I needed to be taught. One day, during Color of Woman, I became aware that I had taken a new step - I realized that I thought independently and that I could make my mind up now and stand up for my thoughts, insights, feelings for me. Wow. I am so happy that I heard the call and answered. Thank you, Shiloh, the whole team, and all sisters!"

"Celebration! I'm honored to be now a member of a global movement run by Intentional Creativity® teachers, coaches, and artists. Getting to this point during the lockdown lifestyle caused by the pandemic was the biggest healing and empowerment journey I ever took. I'm now a professional artist selling my own art and empowering leaders in their own evolution by unleashing their creativity and curating their own consciousness.
Thank you Maestra, teacher, and mentor Shiloh Sophia for being such a powerful and inspiring role model. You truly over delivered to a magical degree.
What a journey. This is not the end. Just the beginning of the next expansion."

"I’ve often likened Color of Woman to a college for women. The Intentional Creativity® Teacher Training Certification one can gain from going through the training is as rigorous and thoughtful as any other advanced degree. I feel qualified to make this comparison, as I was a doctoral candidate in a Ph.D. program for Cognitive Psychology.
The Color of Woman course work is so thoughtfully and lovingly organized so as to lead you on a journey into understanding your soul work. I believe this to be a lifelong missive, but Color of Woman can serve as your launching pad, and also help you work through or out of patterns that are not serving you or your loved ones.
I strongly believe in the work that is done here and have witnessed firsthand other’s transformations as a reader for women who participated in the current class. I think I can state unanimously that we all feel called to serve, maybe in different ways, but helping you on your path to being you as you can be."

Painting: The World Between Worlds

Our training includes an intensive module on all the basics needed to start or refine one's business - with a comprehensive full-color business plan process. Women who are really ready to make a change, not only in the way they are living their life and creating income but how they are powerfully architecting their futures, are invited to join us.
Imagine having your own classes, workshops, and retreats where you teach and guide women virtually from all over the world! Sound fun? Or perhaps you're shaking in your boots? We will provide a supportive curriculum to help you brave the virtual world, including how we create sacred space online and how we run Zoom technology. This is a new core focus for our Intentional Creativity® Teacher Training.
In our research, we have discovered that the majority of women we work with, whether they are a Doctor, Shaman, Mother, Therapist, Healer, Pastor, Social Worker, Body Worker, or High School Teacher, all are motivated by a desire to serve through their unique voice and leadership. The Color of Woman Training provides an alchemical bridge between service-based leadership and creative fire. Your creative fire gives rise to your unique content, your messages, your sacred activism, and your soul work. These women visionaries do not want to sacrifice their creative desires for their work 'in the world'. Women have been waiting too long for 'our time'. This is our time.

We have students who may not have much experience with the online world when they first take Color of Woman, yet if you have a willingness to be open-minded and learn, you can make progress in a short amount of time.
We even have graduates who teach together both online and in-person, as we have a beautiful ongoing graduate community.

You can gather women, and men if you choose: Intentional Creativity® can be applied to ANY THEME and shared by ANYONE with a desire to serve. The real question the training invites you to answer on this quest is, what is your content? Through exploring this question, a woman gains the power to curate her own consciousness utilizing the useful tools of intuitive painting, inspired writing, and ritual.
Our teachers lead in diversity from what calls to their hearts. From Red Thread Circles to 13 Step Archetype weekend workshops to weeklong retreats, as well as yearlong programs; we teach women who long to lead, how to teach with the power of Intentional Creativity®. We have graduates who have created their own schools, online and on-location businesses, opened galleries and centers, and have had art shows around the world. But with all of that, this training isn't really about making good art and it isn't about developing a 'style' of painting.
This sacred work is about expanding awareness and granting access to parts of ourselves we cannot reach otherwise - we need to journey inward. That is why it works with elders and children, in corporate settings, and healing centers, education and hospitals, prisons, social services, and the 'office' of your choice. Some of our over 500 teachers worldwide lead destination retreats and others serve on the front lines of suffering.
Where and how are you called to serve?
Shiloh Sophia led a Prima Materia Retreat in July 2020 with a small circle of women to begin offering in person experiences again at MUSEA.
"I have become someone very different than I imagined I could be as a result of this work. And who I am is actually authentic and empowered me. I teach I paint, I write, I create content, I collaborate and I love. I might have done some of those things but probably not all of them and not so wholeheartedly. I feel deeply blessed. And you will find deep soul friends who love and support you in this work as well. That might be the best part."

Flora Aube is a first-year student of Color of Woman and she founded the Art of Allowing Academy – and while her approach has expanded, her roots were nourished in our classroom.
Catt Geller created Cosmic Smashbooking and is now certifying teachers herself ONLINE, rocking the known world.
Amber Kuileimailani Bonnici created Woman Unleashed, largely rooted in the work, she claims the lineage of Intentional Creativity and she teaches it still to tens of thousands ONLINE, including her wildly popular Virtual Retreats: Woman Unleashed.

There is almost a sensual longing for communion with others who have a large vision. The immense fulfillment of the friendship between those engaged in furthering the evolution of consciousness has a quality impossible to describe.”

Jassy Watson Earthist created Soulscape™ Painting and launched her first-ever Teacher Training within our Guild.
Jenafer Owen created the Jenafer Joy Approach, teaches the best collage of all time online, directs all my high-level programs, and guides our graduates to create their own online classes (and is the mother of my [Shiloh] God-daughter Hazel!)
Heidi S. Moondancer founded an online women’s community, serving thousands of women online and inviting Intentional Creativity teachers to share their gifts via online teaching.
Suzanne Grace combined her jewelry making with her painting and has recently engaged in some of the most profound business she could ever imagine with her art, and opened a gallery and workshop for her production called Rock Mama.
Mandisa Amber, another first-year student, teaches within the training and is teaching at a university. She also developed the diversity-based curriculum for artists that we are sharing in Color of Woman.
Emily Grieves founded her own retreat center in Mexico and is teaching Intentional Creativity® there!
And all of these women have also sold their paintings to Collectors! And the list goes on... Can you see yourself sharing a step-by-step process for women to create a painting of the feminine the way that you have?
Chances are many students thought they were not going to be able to do it, but they did! Now, because of our Guild of over 500 teachers worldwide, the world is populated by thousands and thousands of images of the feminine that WOMEN define. Not some magazine cover, Hollywood version of women as symbols for some unmet desire. Nope. We create etheric, empowered, cosmic, rooted images of the feminine and are changing the way our children are raised in a culture that honors and celebrates women.
In 2019 Jassy Watson came all the way from Australia to teach her Soulscape Painting™ process at MUSEA in Sonoma featured here with Guild member Lauren Weatherford.
